A 600m2 luxurious villa built from log and natural stone ​​in the marine environment of Porkkalanniemi on its own 1,2 ha fenced plot. Functional and spacious premises are perfect for a several days’ Off-Site meeting in a peaceful setting surrounded by the stunning coastal nature.

The facilities are on three and a half floors. On the entrance floor there is a main hall for 30 people and a meeting room for 24 people, accompanied by a cozy "armchair corner" with a fireplace for 11 people. Upstairs, at both ends of the house, there are spacious accommodation areas that also serve as group workspaces. Additionally, there is a small tower room on the top floor. The cozy sauna section on the lower floor features two saunas with dressing rooms, a swimming pool, two jacuzzis, and a cozy cooling-off area with a fireplace, with access to the courtyard terrace. On the rocky courtyard area, there is a grill shelter with a firepit for barbecueing.

We prepare food on-site in our own kitchen using seasonal fresh ingredients. The host presents the meals at agreed-upon times. The premises have a liquor license, and beverages are charged based on consumption.

Activities available at Villa Kotkankallio: 

On the 1.2 hectare private estate, guests can enjoy various outdoor games and participate in a guided "Treasure Hunt" team activity with problem-solving tasks. Other seasonal activities in Porkkala include hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, sea kayaking, snowshoeing, kick-sledding expeditions, and fishing trips to the archipelago guided by a local fisherman. Guests can also observe bird migration from the observation tower at Lähteelä Recreation Area, where, weather permitting, one can even see as far as Tallinn.
